I have known Timothy for over a decade. He is honest, sincere and genuine in his desire to share Qigong. If you are looking for less hype and more helpful information, Tim is an excellent choice. In his study of this health art, he asked many questions and worked to understand it as thoroughly as possible. You will be in good hands should you decide to embark on learning a Qigong practice with Timothy.
Over a year ago I started getting migraines, I heard that Qigong was recommended in managing migraines. Shortly after that I saw a advertisement for Tim Booth's Qigong classes. Tim is a very relaxed, personable and knowledgeable Qigong instructor. The classes flow with just enough explanation and guidance so that you can learn and enter a calm and meditative zone. Qigong is really incredible you can feel the energy as you do it. The movements are slow and subtle but you can feel the work you have done with your body and mind.
Since I have been attending sessions with Tim in July (it is now the following February) I have had one migraine and when I felt my migraine coming on I used Qigong breathing and standing which helped contain it. Tim is very interested in your health as his student and for me has indicated the postures, sounds and movement that are helpful for migraine sufferers. Every week I look forward to the session and when I have a Qigong class I feel my week flows smoother and I am more settled. Now, as Tim shares the importance of, I need to develop my practise outside of the sessions.
I highly recommend the practise of Qigong and Tim as an excellent instructor.
There is so much power in this work- thanks for helping get the word out-
Thanks Cathy! Are you practicing Qigong or any of the internal arts?
